Structured reflection at the end of each week.
When to Use
- Friday afternoon or Sunday evening
- Duration: 30-45 minutes
- Before Monday planning

Procedure
1. Gather (5 min)
Collect data from:
- Daily logs from the week
- Calendar (what happened vs planned)
- Completed tasks
2. Review (10 min)
Ask:
- What got done?
- What didn't get done? Why?
- What patterns do I see?
3. Learn (10 min)
Identify:
- What worked well?
- What drained energy?
- What would I do differently?
4. Plan (10 min)
Set up next week:
- 3-5 commitments (Next section)
- Block focus time
- Move incomplete items
5. Close (5 min)
- Update weekly note
- Clear mental cache
- Rest
Output
Updated weekly note with:
- Next: 3-5 commitments
- Wins: what went well
- History: embedded daily entries
