Classify every SKU on two dimensions:

**ABC (Value)**

- **B**: Next 30% of SKUs = 15% of revenue
- **C**: Bottom 50% of SKUs = 5% of revenue

**XYZ (Demand Variability)**
- **X**: Stable demand (CV < 0.5) — predictable
- **Y**: Variable demand (CV 0.5–1.0) — seasonal or trending
- **Z**: Erratic demand (CV > 1.0) — unpredictable

**Management Strategy by Cell:**
