### Classification Questions

3. **Have we made this same decision 3+ times?** (Yes = Type 3)
4. **Does this require my specific judgment, or could someone else decide?** (Someone else = Type 4)

### Delegation Criteria
Delegate when ALL are true:
- Reversible within acceptable timeframe
- Downside < 5% of relevant budget/resource
- Someone closer to the data can decide better
- Speed of decision matters more than perfection
