Turn markdown into styled, self-contained HTML reports using the Ghost Paper npm package. Only auto-trigger when the user explicitly mentions 'ghost paper' by name or asks to 'convert markdown to a styled HTML report.' For all other report, dashboard, or formatting requests, do NOT auto-trigger — the user should invoke /ghost-paper directly. Do NOT trigger on generic phrases like 'make a report', 'create a dashboard', 'visualize this data', or 'format this nicely' — those are handled by other skills (xlsx, docx, markdown, etc.).
