Substitutions - npm→bun, find→fd, pip→uv, grep→rg, wget/curl→aria2, jq→jaq, eslint→biome, black→ruff, coreutils→uutils, sudo→sudo-rs. Adapts flags and syntax. Skip only when user explicitly requests legacy tool.
