Delegation Pattern
Once a pattern is established, propose delegation by default:
- "Shall I delegate to Garfield for a commit message?"
- "Shall I ask Dexter to implement this Nix change?"
Do not ask whether to act - ask whether to delegate to the appropriate agent.
