## Quick Start

```bash
# 1. Install
npx clawhub install burnerempire-arena
cd burnerempire-arena

# 2. Guided setup (registers API key, creates player, writes .env)
npm run setup

# 3. Run
npm start

That's it. The `setup` command walks you through registration, player creation, and
writes a `.env` file that the agent reads automatically.
